Each week the coupon blog is updated with coupons to print as they become available. Last week there were GREAT coupons to print and save...if you did, you will really love this week's shopping list. If not, don't worry, there are still some out there for you...

Here is your shopping list for Price Chopper this week, as always Andrea has put the good deals on the list already, all you need to do is fill in what you need and go save money! This is what she wrote in the e mail she sent me with your list for this week:

Over the next couple of days you will be buying and preparing that Thanksgiving Day feast. Fortunately there are some great deals out there to help for both the big day and the rest of the week as well. Hopefully you have been cutting and saving all your coupons from the newspaper each week, and of course printing some of them from the computer.

For the first time ever we actually had a little "Coupon Lady" controversy today. When Andrea did her call in, she mentioned that Price Chopper is doing their double gas savings on their gift cards promotion.

With Thanksgiving coming, saving money on your grocery bill is more important than ever. I know Andrea, is already planning on picking up stuff for the big meal as it goes on sale.  This is what she told me this morning,"So, I figured out last night that I am doing my shopping for at least 2 weeks, PLUS Thanksgiving for $100. 2 stores and 4 transactions, but still $100,minus the turkey."

This week's printable shopping list has a lot to offer at your local Price Chopper store. Andrea has already put on your list great deals on things like, Coffee Mate Creamer, Bob Evan's Sides, Dole Salad Bags and a whole lot more.

This week we are lucky enough to get two shopping lists from Andrea. The deals were just too good to pass up. We will start with the shopping list for Price Chopper. Then I will post a second shopping list for ShopRite. There are a lot of great deals to take advantage of and she even posts some websites you can go to to print your coupons out from home.

This week there are a ton of great deals to be found. Maybe not as much "free" stuff but you really can save a bundle on groceries and gas.
