New Bakery Opening In Saratoga Springs

Some people don't eat carbs. I eat them like there is no tomorrow. So anyplace that bakes bread and pastries is a win in my book!

According to the Times Union, the Berkshire Mountain Bakery will have a 'soft' opening this Friday from 10am to 6pm. Yes, pun intended as they will be serving bread and pastries to start, followed by a full menu after they are open for a bit.

The new bakery will be located at 422 Broadway, where Around the Corner Cafe used to be. Berkshire Mountain Bakery currently has a location in Pittsfield, Massachusetts
