Josh Gracin Posts Suicide Note Online, Fans Panic

American Idol finalist and country recording artist Josh Gracin posted a terrifying note on his facebook page last night.

Neighbors and cops responded to the former Marine's home in Spring Hill, TN immediately, where he lives with his wife and 4 kids - for a welfare check.

Josh's wife was there but he wasn't.

Authorities found Gracin on his way home and escorted him to a nearby hospital where he's being held on a 5150 psychiatric hold.  He was cooperative, has spoken to his family and is being helped by doctors now.

We're wishing Josh and his family all the best.  Hopefully he's going to get the care he needs.
