Is My Wife A Thief?

Here is Today's Daily Dilemma:

MY wife and I have been married for over 20 years. In the last few years she has developed a habit that I am not too crazy about and I feel I need some help to see just who is correct.

At times we will go to a fast food restaurant. Most of these have the soda fountains out in the dining area for the patrons to get it themselves. My wife has developed this habit of re-filling her cup after we have finished and are actually heading out the door. I consider it stealing, the soda is there for you as eat in patrons, not so you can have one for the road. My wife obviously sees it differently, according to her, if they didn’t want you to take it, it wouldn’t be out there. Who’s right?
