Here is Today's Daily Dilemma:

Hey guys, this seems like a pretty simple question but I really do need an answer. As a recent graduate I have had a few part time jobs through school but am quite new to looking for "career type" employment.

I have been on quite a few interviews now, and even a couple second interviews. The strange thing is, I seem to be ignored by the prospects when I'm sure I killed the interview , and a couple of the second interviews I got were ones where I didn't really feel like I shined on the first interview.

So my question is this, how do you know when you have done well on an interview? Also, do your listeners have any tips on interviews and follow up protocols.

The "Daily Dilemma" on the Sean and Richie Show is featured every weekday morning at 6:40am. We and the listeners take on someone's problems and try to offer different perspectives. Now, these don't have to be huge problems- it could just be something bothering you or a friend, or it could be some little thing you and another just can't agree on. If you have a dilemma to share we'd love to hear it just e-mail us here at the show.
