Former President Bill Clinton is coming to the Capital Region in a few weeks.  Clinton will be speaking at the SEFCU Arena for UAlbany's World Within Reach Speaker Series.  Not only will he speak, but he will be participating in a question and answer session as well.

Clinton has been to UAlbany previously.  If you recall, he was here back in November of 1994 for a teleconference and political rally supporting then-Governor Mario Cuomo.  He was also here, more recently, in October of 2006, to support Senator Kirsten Gillibrand.

The series is set for March 2nd at 8pm.  UAlbany students, faculty, staff and alumni will be in attendance.  Registration will open Tuesday, February 1st and is free.  Not sure if the public can register, but if they can, I might just have to sit in on this one.  I've always thought of Clinton a very well spoken, charismatic politician and person.  It would be extremely fulfilling to see him in person and listen to his views and opinions are now that he is not in office.

Questions can also be submitted for the Q&A segment at presidentclinton@ualbanysa.com.
