Miranda Lambert’s Dog Missing & More in Casey’s Taste of Country

Miranda Lambert is very upset.  She recently tweeted that her dog, Virginia, went missing.

“Our dog Virginia went missing.  We are very sad and miss her very much…”

She also tweeted that her other dog, Betty, seemed sad since Virginia disappeared.  Hopefully Miranda’s dog returns home very soon.

Sugarland is going to be making a special appearance on “Dancing with the Stars” tomorrow night, March 27^th.  They will perform on the results show that is scheduled for 9pm on ABC.

Carrie Underwood is scheduled to perform at the ACM Awards this Sunday and is set to perform her new single, “Good Girl.”  Carrie stated,

“We’re having something made for the performance, and it’ll be pretty rockin’.”

The Band Perry and Taylor Swift are setting records by hitting digital sales milestones.  The Band Perry’s “If I Die Young” and Taylor’s “You Belong with Me” each sold four-million digital copies.  The only other country act to pull this off was Lady Antebellum with “Need You Now.”  That song sold more than five-million digital copies.

Jake Owen will make his debut on NBC’s Tonight Show with Jay Leno.  Jake will sing “Alone with You”.  The Tonight Show airs weeknights at 11:35pm on NBC.

Oh, and in case you missed it from this morning, the Zac Brown Band will be making a small stop in Saratoga this summer.  Did I say small?  What I really mean is they are throwing a musical extravaganza at SPAC, June 1st!
