Obama’s Individual Mandate Upheld – CNN Gets It Wrong, Again
June 28, 2012 Twitter exploded once the Supreme Court announced their decision that the Affordable Health Care act provision that all citizens are required to have insurance is in fact constitutional. Cohoes Hostage Situation

It appears that the situation is over. Police now have a suspect in custody after surrounding the Cohoes home he was held up in. Information was scarce but the suspect was allegedly involved with an overnight robbery in which an elderly man was assaulted.
