Alleged Pizza Restaurant Break In By Albany Man

A 36-year-old albany man went to a pizza restaurant in Malta.

It wasn’t to pick up a take out pizza. In a story from the Times Union, Eric M. Sherman allegedly broke into the Jimmy’s Pizza And Pasta and stole money in December. He is in jail on $2,000 bail, and is expected to be in Malta Town Court in February.
