Albany Area Red Flag Warning

According to News10 ABC's Andy Gregorio, the Albany area has a Red Flag Warning until 7pm this evening. 

I can't recall if I've ever heard this 'warning' issued for the Albany area in the past, so for others like me wondering what's going on, here's the scoop from News10.

According to Gregorio, "Windy and seasonably mild weather is on tap for today. The combination of wind, dry antecedent conditions, very low relative humidity levels plus dry ground and brush has prompted a Red Flag Warning being issued for today for the Hudson and Mohawk Valleys of NY State, Southern Vermont and the Berkshires. This means that atmospheric conditions could be favorable for the spread of any brush or wildfires."
