I never really thought about my posture until I started to watch this video and sadly I have HORRIBLE posture! As the one girl says in this video, I'm going to develop the old lady hump! :(

I'm sure the last thing on your mind when you answer your cell phone is what your posture looks like but if you have had any of the following: headache, neck pain, shoulder pain, tension or a difficulty in turning your head and you can't explain it, it might be a symptom of "Text Neck."

Bottom line is that you need to "pick your phone up more, pull your shoulders back, breathe deeply" and all of these will help you to keep your posture in line which should help you to avoid the symptoms of "Text Neck."
