Troy Announces 2023 Rockin’ On The River Free Concert Lineup

One of the Capital Region's most popular summer concert series is back for another summer for free shows.

No matter where you live in the Capital Region, there is a local, live concert series right in your backyard or at least not too far from where you live each summer. So many of our cities and towns give us the gift of free live music each and every summer. One of the most beloved of those events is Troy's Rockin' On the River Series!

Troy Announces 2023 Rockin' On The River Series Concert Lineup

The Troy, New York Downtown Business Improvment District announced today on Facebook they will once again be presenting the annual Rockin' On the River Free Concert series! This year's series at Troy's Riverfront Park will run every other Wednesday evening from 5:30 to 8:30 pm starting June 28th through August 9th. In addition to the free shows, the event will also be "featuring local vendors from acorss the community" according to the event website.

This years lineup will cross genres including Country, Classic Rock, and Jam Bands! Here is who will be performing:

Wednesday, June 28th

Neon Ave. (Grateful Dead Tribute) w/Kristian Montgomery with Kristian Montgomery & The Winterkill Band\

Wedensday, July 12th

Legacy (Classic Rock trobute) wwith Sirsy

Wednesday, July 26th

Conhead Buddha (Jam Band) with Josh & Tracy

Wednesday, August 9th

Skeeter Creek (Country) with Nick and Liam
