NOT USING DIRECTIONALS! 

This one is right at the top for me too. First, it's dangerous. Second, it's just rude. When you put your directional on, you are being considerate of everyone around. Not using a directional is just bad manners. (Gee, I am really starting to sound like a dad - ha!)
