towing

One Upstate town is fed up with hikers parking on their roads. They say it's a safety hazard, but some are calling their solution even more dangerous.

I can understand the need for cars to be towed, especially if the vehicle has outstanding tickets coming back to the license plate or the car owner is constantly parking in someone else's parking spot.  However, what I don't understand is the need for the landlord/owner of a building who has their building up for sale/lease, to hire a towing company to tow cars out of their vacant lot...

Recently, over 150 automobiles were towed in the city of Albany for being, shall we say, in the "wrong place at the wrong time". Many had to pay over $200.00 in towing and ticket fees.  Pretty "unhappy" campers to say the least.  Poor people need a song to ease their pain.   I'm here to help...
