Speed Limit

Things just slowed down a bit more in the City of Albany, but will it even make a difference?

If any of you speed demons forgot what the speed limit is supposed to be on NY highways, don't worry, it might be changing soon anyway.

Even though schools aren't back until after Labor Day, you still pass by those School Zone speed limit signs. The question is, during the summer, do you still abide by those limits? You may have been breaking the law and had no idea!

I live near the area where a young girl who was crossing the street last year, in the crosswalk, was struck and killed. It was a horribly sad story and now lawmakers, the DOT and Cohoes are all doing their part to make it safer for all.

Don't say they didn't warn you because here it is. The speed limit is officially changing on Washington Avenue this Friday.
