The old Huck Finn's Warehouse on Erie Boulevard in Albany is changing into a multi-use building. It has brand-new apartments, a fitness studio, a brewery, and soon-to-be a coffee shop known as Slip 12.

There are big plans for Huck Finn's Warehouse in Albany. The enormous furniture and more store on Erie Boulevard will become much more than a place to buy furniture. The $65 million plan was announced and when the project is complete, it will be a multi-use facility.

After Hoffman’s Playland in Latham closed last year, the owners of Huck Finn’s Warehouse in Albany stepped up.
