Back in the spring where New York made recreational marijuana products legal for adults over the age of 21, there were a lot of questions. Some got answered right away and others didn't.

As more and more employers in surrounding states are finding it difficult to staff their companies, many are adopting a much more relaxed attitude when it comes to drug testing.
