I was thinking about trying to find some old video clips for throwback Thursday and I looked and looked at things from WGNA throughout the years and although it is only a year old I thought this video from Countryfest 2013 would be the most fun. I think it will be fun for everyone to look through the video and see if they can find themselves, or art least remember (if you can) what you were doing

Eddie Montgomery of Montgomery Gentry recently revealed that he's very excited to play WGNA's Countryfest! One of the reasons he's looking forward to July 12 at Schaghticoke Fairgrounds is that the event will mark a milestone moment for the Montgomery family.

As you may already know, Jake Owen is about to embark on an arena tour this year as a headliner and we were super lucky to get him to come to WGNA's Countryfest this year. Last week, as details came out about the tour,  I told you about his on-stage Tiki Bar, where some concert goers will get to sit ON STAGE and enjoy some tropical island cocktails.

As Countryfest headliner Jake Owen gets ready for his "Days of Gold" tour, he is trying to find ways to make it a great experience for everyone and perhaps an even more amazing experience for some.

This seems to be a question I am getting a lot of these days. I thought that I should address it though, because these things tend to sell out FAST. So here is the deal, if you have gone to a Price Chopper to buy WGNA Countryfest tickets you know that they are more than willing and able to sell you the basic Countryfest ticket for $35. They are not however selling the VIP tickets.

When WGNA did our first Countryfest in 1994, it was such a great success, that the following year, we did a two-day Countryfest.
