I remember being at the Taste of Country Music Festival in Hunter Mountain last year when it was announced that Tim McGraw would be headlining in 2015,  I couldn't believe it. Then we announced that Keith Urban would also be making the trip to our back yard! Wow. Well now another artist is about to be announced and it is ANOTHER superstar!

Today Hunter Hayes called into the Sean and Richie Show to talk about his concert tomorrow night at the Times Union Center. I know I can't wait and I'm sure you are pretty excited to see him too! If you have not got your tickets yet make sure you do and get to the show because listening to him talk about it , I'm sure you would be sorry if you missed it!

Party Foul.  What in the worlds is wrong with some people? Listen if you want to share a beer with a country music singer , I can tell you most would not turn a cold one down. However, NEVER throw a full can of beer at them while they are singing on stage. the chances of that going well are just not good.

Today we had a rare opportunity to spend a lot of time with an artist. Hunter Hayes joined the "Sean and Richie Show" for over an hour and when I say joined I mean it. What a great night for a rockin' show at SPAC!  Jason Aldean and Florida Georgia Line! And WGNA has your chance to MEET Jason Aldean tonight!

I can't wait for this Friday night! The final concert in the summer concert series at SPAC! What a great one to end on, with Jason Aldean,  Florida Georgia Line and Tyler Farr. Here are three rocking partying country acts here in town on a Friday night! I can't think of a better way to start the holiday weekend.

If you missed "The Sean and Richie Show" today, you missed one of our favorite acts at this year's Countryfest calling in to talk about what a great time it was. Fortunately, I have it here to share with you again.

This year marks the 75th anniversary of the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown N.Y.  The concert is part of a huge celebration of baseball and the hall of fame. It all happens August 2 and it looks to be an incredible day of great music and some of baseball's greatest players.

I love Countryfest, it's one of my favorite days of the year!

Last week I showed you a video of Jake Owen's beautiful little daughter dancing on stage to his music in Daytona this year. That night was so much fun, to see Jake relaxed, doing an acoustic show with mostly friends and family watching, was a great experience. The great thing is we ALL get to see him this Saturday at Countryfest 2014!
