The other morning while checking out Instagram, I saw the usual daily dose of lockdown jokes, weight loss goals and dog pictures.  After a few minutes of scrolling, something out of the ordinary caught my eye.

If you want to support our local farmers and load up on some of the best produce around, this will be come as good news.  Two local farmers markets have created an  an online ordering service complete with curbside pick-up featuring some of the areas best produce, meats, syrups and other goods.

While Troy police sergeant Randall French clings for his life at Albany Medical Center, his wife Danielle posted a plea on her facebook page begging people to donate plasma hoping someone can help her husband's fight.  French has been battling for his life since being diagnosed with COVID-19.  According to the Times Union, he entered Albany Medical Center about a week ago.

Scott in Rensellaer emailed the show to talk about his current situation at home.  He's worried that his wife isn't doing enough homeschooling with the kids and that when he's not there, everyone seems to be watching a whole lot of TV.  Scott struck a nerve in the ol' Love Cowboy and he had plenty to say on this segment heard with Brian and Chrissy in the morning on GNA.

Love Cowboy was in no mood to give relationship advice mid-week when he appeared on the GNA morning show with Brian and Chrissy.  Much like the rest of us he was stressed, exhausted and needed to use the segment to get some things off his chest.  We gladly obliged as surely lots of listeners were also feeling the lockdown blues.

While most people (myself included) have worn out a path from the bed, to the couch, to the kitchen and then back to the bed again, A 19-year-old Albany resident blazed a different path last week and it caught my eye.  While I was plotting my next milk shake flavor combination, Harvard freshman Adam Aleksic plotted out a bike bath through the streets of Albany that actually spelled out 'ALBANY'.

We are usually really busy with Ryan playing all sports. With the lockdown and social distancing, all sports are canceled. So I had to find other ways to cheer him on and be his biggest fan. This time it's while he plays Fortnite.

Lisa in Averill Park emailed the show because her mother-in-law is driving her and her husband 'Covid Crazy' and she doesn't know what to do about it.  She calls her husband as many as 12-15 times a day.  Good thing for her, the LC knew exactly what to do.
