Current open positions may include:

PROJECT MANAGER: This position pays $25 to $30 an hour (6 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday) with overtime available after 8 hours.

Duties for the position include communicating/working with in-house sales and office staff, plus customers and sub-contractors. They facilitate, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the project (including the scheduling, ordering of materials, communications, and more). It's a hands-on position that is on the job site by 7:00 am to oversee the job (and verify that it meets the customer's expectations).

RESIDENTIAL INSTALLER: This position pays $18 to $23 an hour (6:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday) with overtime available after 8 hours. Duties for the position include working safely on-site under the leadership of the site foreman, efficiently removing existing roofing systems. Click here to learn more. They install new roofing systems (including asphalt shingles, corrugated metal roofing, standing seam metal roofing, TPO, EPDM).

REPAIR TECHNICIAN: This position pays $20 to $25 an hour (7 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday), with overtime available after 8 hours. The technician meets with the customer and identifies issues with their roof. The ideal candidate is expected to work with all types of roofing, EPDM, shingles, TPO, and metal. Repair technicians must work in a safe manner and drive a company vehicle when required.

LABORER: This position pays $16 to $18 an hour (6:30 am 4:00 pm Monday through Friday), with overtime available after 8 hours. They work with the foreman each day and will be expected to remove existing roofing systems in a safe, clean, and efficient manner. Plus, they assist the installers throughout the day and clean all debris on site.
