New York Recall: High Noon and Celsius Drinks Pulled In NY After Boozy Mix-Up
If you felt a little extra something the last time you drank a Celsius energy drink, it was not your imagination.
According to PRN Newswire, a High Noon vodka seltzer and Celsius energy drink recall has been issued in New York and several other states after a labeling mix-up. Some Celsius cans were accidentally filled with vodka seltzer after a labeling mix-up: High Noon ended up getting bottled into the wrong cans after a shipping error.
The drinks in question went out to retailers July 21 through 23 and included the following drinks and lot numbers:
- High Noon Beach Variety Packs:
- L CCC 17JL25 14:00 to L CCC 17JL25 23:59
- L CCC 18JL25 00:00 to L CCC 18JL25 03:00
- Celsius Astro Vibe Energy Drink, Sparkling Blue Razz Edition:
- L CCB 02JL25 2:55 to L CCB 02JL25 3:11
As fun as it may sound for the 21 and over crowd, consumers are being advised not to drink the affected beverags from the above lot numbers and to reach out to consumerrelations@highnoonvodka.com for refund information.
