A new film festival named, The Behemoth Short Film Festival is coming to Saratoga Springs and it is currently accepting submissions. 

The film festival will be on April 2, at The Saratoga Arts Center. According to The Saratogian, the founder of the festival, Shane Frasier, is planning on showcasing genre-bending, underground film. He wants to “bring something a little bit different and unique to the area".

Frasier, is aspiring to have the film festival become an annual event. Fraiser wants to inspire creativity among others with this new event. A lot of the films that have already been submitted,have come from filmmakers' all over the world, from places like Mexico and Great Britain. At the festival, audience members will chose which two of the short films are the best, and those filmmakers will win prize money.

Submissions for the Behemoth Short Film Festival are being accepted until March 20.and all submissions are free.
