One of the iconic road signs at Martha's Dandee Creme in Lake George was run over and destroyed by a pickup truck on Friday night.

According to a Facebook post from the iconic ice cream stand,  "...A vehicle plowed through our iconic neon ice cream cone road sign, taking down the sign, flower bed, and light pole. (The vehicle)...Proceeded through one of our water-feature fountains and bench. This was extremely disturbing, as 45 minutes before, we were very busy, and just minutes before, employees were cleaning up the parking lot."
