With flavors ranging from the normal to the borderline absurd (looking at you, Maple French Toast), it’s almost impossible to stop at a Stewart’s without picking up a cup of their coffee. Now Stewart’s Shops is teaming up with the New York Power Authority to give out free small coffees for Christmas – but there’s one catch.

To get the complementary 12 ounces of joe, you have to charge up your electric vehicle at Stewart's. While you charge your car you can go to the counter and mention the code "Drive Electric" to get a Christmas recharge from the NYPA.

The New York Power Authority put in electric vehicle fast-charging stations at several Stewart's Shops in the Capital Region and Adirondacks. These "superchargers" are supposed to be able to fully charge an EV's battery in as little as 20 minutes.
