Cold Temperatures Will Clear Our For Warmer Spring Weather in Capital Region

We're technically only a few weeks into spring, officially, but that doesn't mean that we're not all ready for the rain and cool weather to be over so we can get outside and enjoy some well deserved sunshine. The current 10 day forecast for the Capital Region that we're seeing will start off cool and wet. We've got some serious rain on the way through Thursday, and the temperatures will also cool down for us Wednesday. Getting through all of that mess will totally be worth it.

How can you not be excited for temperatures in the 80s and we're only in May? The warmest days appear to start this weekend.

Saturday 5/16 - 74 high

Sunday 5/17 - 77 high

Monday 5/18 - 82 high

Tuesday 5/19 - 83 high

I absolutely love the look of this projected forecast, especially once we get into the weekend and next week. My only gripe is that we have to have the warmest days during the week and not on the weekend when we could be out enjoying it. I'll try not to complain, because winter was brutal, but I don't think its' too much to ask for.

I know that it's not going to be warm enough to open the pools yet, we are getting pretty close to that time of the year. I think Memorial Day weekend is always a good one to shoot for when looking to get that pool opened up officially. This weekend and next week will be great for some spring cleaning.

Just get out there and enjoy it because in Upstate New York we know that the weather can turn on a dime and we'll be right back to freezing.
