Def Leppard Pays Tribute To Ozzy Osbourne During Saratoga Springs Concert
On the afternoon of Tuesday July 22nd it was announced that iconic rocker Ozzy Osbourne had passed away at the age of 76. Later that day, Def Leppard paused their set at Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) to say goodbye to their friend, Ozzy.
Take a look at the pictures and videos below from the SPAC show capturing the moments of tribute to the 'Prince of Darkness' Ozzy Osbourne.

As thousands of fans gathered at SPAC to see Def Leppard, and special guest Bret Michaels of Poison, much of the talk was about Ozzy, his music and the memories he gave all of us. Several fans wore their Ozzy t-shirts in honor of the legend but what would the artists do to recognize the moment?
Bret Michaels opened the show with an announcement that 'tonight's show is dedicated to Ozzy Osbourne'. Bret started the show with Poison's 'Talk Dirty To Me' and the entire set was a party from beginning to end. At one point Michaels dedicated Poison's 'Ride the Wind' to Ozzy and that was followed by a few words. Watch the video below.
In-between sets the PA system blasted Black Sabbath tunes such as 'Iron Man', 'Paranoid' and 'Children of the Grave'.
Def Leppard started their set with favorites from their career of one hit after another. After nearly an hour the band stopped the show to acknowledge the passing of Ozzy.
The brief speech by Def Lep's Joe Elliott was followed by an acoustic set, in honor of Ozzy, which began with a cover of the Black Sabbath tune 'Changes'.
The next 2 songs in the acoustic set were Def Leppard originals, 'This Guitar' and 'Two Steps Behind'. Watch the videos below.
Rest in peace, John Michael 'Ozzy' Osbourne.
