Granger Smith has been a Country favorite of GNA Nation and New York Country fans over the years, and we will have one final opportunity to enjoy his live show this summer.

I don't think there is a better way to say it: Granger Smith is an amazing dude, a great human being. We have gotten to see him so many times over the years here in the Capital Region from his various tour stops (Remember Countryfest 2016?) in the area to his support for St. Jude by playing our annual charity concert at good 'ol Upstate Concert Hall back in March of 2023. He was always humble, a lot of fun, and amazing in concert. His character and strength were never more evident as Granger and his wife Amber navigated the tragic 2019 loss of their son River over the last 4 years using their platforms to share their healing journey, as well the important message of water safety.

Granger will now take his goodwill to the next level as he announced on Instagram today his upcoming Live Like River Tour will be his farewell tour as he plans to join the ministry, focus on seminary school, and spend more time working with his church. Granger is also getting ready to release a book called 'Like A River' on August 1st which will document Granger's journey after losing his son and his family's journey walking with the lord over the last few years.
