Albany Is Open for Business: Why Faye Falvo Rispoli is Goz’ Top Real Estate Agent
In the past weeks, we've all had to make some adjustments — working from home, moving to digital platforms, providing goods and services on a virtual or delivery basis.
That change has been especially difficult for many of Albany's businesses. But in true Capital Region spirit, Albany has remained open for business.
We wanted to shine a light on how some of our Capital Region community business leaders are doing. Our DJs are speaking with different business leaders to get a boots-on-the-ground look at how Albany is staying open for business, and I was excited to speak with Faye Falvo Rispoli of RE/MAX Solutions, who is perfectly equipped to guide both buyers and sellers during the COVID-19 pandemic:
As someone who recently bought a home, I know how stressful the process can be. Faye Falvo Rispoli is a Schenectady native with more than 29 years of experience in the local real estate market.
She's seen the highs and the lows and acknowledges that the market is a little more difficult right now, but she and her team are dedicated to getting buyers and sellers through the process as smoothly as possible. She focuses on developing long-term relationships with clients with integrity, value and service.
Faye is using all the technology RE/MAX offers — Zoom meetings and open houses, virtual tours, electronic document signing and more — and following the state's current guidelines for showings. She unlocks the home for the prospective seller and introduces them to the house, but only one person goes into the house at a time, and everyone wears masks, gloves and booties. Since she can't accompany her clients inside, they often have recap meetings afterward to discuss the clients' impressions.
When we were looking at homes, my wife and I had certain things we needed in our first home. Faye knows the Capital Region and wants to help you through the changes going on locally. I'm so happy that I bought a home in a welcoming community. My neighbors even held a socially distant baby shower for my wife.
Thanks to Faye, you can start your future by finding the home in an amazing community even during these unprecedented times. And, as Faye says, the market will open up again and all the potential buyers and sellers who had been sitting on the sidelines will jump in, so never fear, better days are ahead.
