Replicas of the Nina and Pinta will be docked in Albany next week!

If you are a history buff, this one is right up your alley. Replicas of the Nina and Pinta, two of the ships Christopher Columbus sailed when he discovered America in 1492, will be docked at the Albany Yacht Club July 14-16, according to NYUP. The ships are basically floating museums and are working their way up the Hudson River. They are currently docked in Newburgh.

The ships are operated by the Columbus Foundation and calls the Nina 'the most historically accurate replica of a Columbus ship ever built.' The days the ships are in port you can book a 30 minute tour at the Columbus Foundation website between 9am - 6pm and they only run $5 a person.
