Black Bear Sighting In Saratoga

Hide your bird feeders. And any food in your yard for that matter. Except salad. That's right, bears don't like salad.According to News 13, a black bear was spotted in the yard of a Westbury Drive home in Saratoga yesterday evening. The bear was seen eating at the bird feeder!

If you are saying to yourself 'A bear eating birdseed?' believe it! Black bears will eat ANYTHING. Except salad. I know this from personal experience. My wife Stacy and I once had a bear encounter camping. The bear stole our cookies and graham crackers, but when it grabbed a bag of salad out of our cooler, it dropped it and left! Believe it or not - the bear also close the cooler when he left!!
