Liberty Ridge Farm in Schaghticoke is a must-see this Halloween season. 'The Harvest' haunted attraction is just the right blend of scary and fun. The haunted farm is open every Friday and Saturday night in October. Admission is $21, and seriously worth every penny! The attractions include:Trolley Rides, The Farmer’s Haunted House, Forest of Fear, The Field of Screams, Buchanan Manor, and more! If getting scared isn't your thing, they also have bon fires, games, and bunnies & goats to pet! How could you say no to bunnies and goats? Bring a couple of friends and get spooked!

The Double M Haunted Hayrides in Ballston Spa look seriously scary! The costumes these actors wear are legit. This haunted farm is not for the faint of heart. Double M's attractions include: Haunted Hayride, The Stockyard, Salvage, Last Inn, Clown Carnevil (oh nooo!), and Schadenfreude Circus. Yeesh! Even the names are freaky! Admission to all attractions is $24. Located right outside of Malta, you don't need to travel too far to get completely terrified. Double M is open most Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays this month!

Field of Horrors in Brunswick is another horrifying destination this Halloween season. Attractions include Trail of Terror Hayride, Death Trap, Insanity, and Carnevil (a clown attraction, ahh!) The cost is $25 to get in, if you dare! The attractions are open every Friday and Saturday, plus some Sundays in October! This haunted attraction may be brand new, but it means business.

Night Terrors Haunted Farm in Schoharie is another great place to get your scare on this Fall. Some attractions include Harvest Hayride, Zombie Attack, and Maize Mayhem. Tickets range from $5-$35, depending on how committed you are to getting totally freaked out for a night. This is another haunted destination that doesn't mess around in terms of decor. The only time I'll ever see these decorations & costumes will be on the computer, because if I go, my eyes will definitely be shut the entire time.
