I kept seeing advertisements for it and kept seeing it for sale in stores but I never gave it too much attention. A couple of weeks ago, I decided to buy it anyway and it's the best winter purchase I've ever made.

I'm lucky enough to have a garage at home so I don't worry about cleaning off my car in the morning. Then, though, I get to work and it sits outside for the 8 or so hours that I'm here. I get through a whole day of work and now I'm stuck outside cleaning off my car. You know what it's like, it's annoying!

Well, I decided to get a window cover for my car for the snow. At first, I thought it was a scam but figured I could always return it to the store if I hated it. It was the complete opposite!

What you do is lay this plastic coated tarp-like thing over your windshield before you go into work (or wherever else you're going). You tuck the side flaps into the doors and it's supposed to not only protect your car from the snow but from ice too. It's brilliant!

I went outside after a snowstorm of a few inches and while my co-workers were cleaning off their cars with a brush, I just pulled it off the windshield and no ice! Do you have any good weather hacks?
