It'll start in CVS stores in California, North Carolina and Georgia and spread to 7,900 stand alone U.S. stores by the end of 2016 and it'll make your life so much easier.

We live in an app friendly world. It's had it's positive and negative outcomes in some cases. Outside of gaming, apps seem to be a great added feature for different companies, whether they're allowing you to pay with and gain bonus points utilizing their app, or having additional savings businesses have had success. CVS is hoping to be the next to have that same success. In 2016 they're implementing a curbside pickup service. You would be able to go into the CVS app, order most items the store has to offer and have them brought right out to your car, this service being called CVS Express.

CVS has teamed up with Palo Alto, Ca based start-up, Curbside (who are founded by the same people behind the Find my iPhone app.) The service comes with no price mark ups and promises to have orders ready within an hours time.

You'll see this start to pop up in California, North Carolina and Georgia first, then hitting almost 8,000 other stand-alone stores throughout the U.S by the end of 2016. Unfortunately, in high foot trafficked areas, this service may not be implemented. Time will tell. But for us in the Capital Region, this sounds pretty promising!
