Whats crazier than all those new KFC ads on TV? An upstate New York woman is suing the restaurant for false advertising.

I know, this may seem a little ridiculous. But it's true.

According to CBS New York, Anna Wurtzburger of Hopewell Junction has filed a $20 million lawsuit against KFC for '...fooling hungry families with their $20 bucket of chicken ad that depicts a bucket overflowing with food.' Anna claims she received less than a half bucket of chicken, and KFC says they have always stated the bucket includes eight pieces.

According to CBS, Wurtzburger did bring the issue up with KFC first and they offered her some coupons.  Anna felt this was not good enough and decided to hit them where it hurts, the wallet, with this lawsuit.

I am all for fair advertising, but this is a little too much. Do we really need a case like this clogging up the legal system? And $20 million seems a little crazy, right?

I will say this —$20 million could buy you a clucking truckload of KFC!
