Troy Man Has Been Arrested for Forcibly Touching A Woman At Albany Area Walmart

A woman was shopping at the Rensselaer Walmart on March 5, 2013 at 2:30 a.m., when

a man allegedly approached and grabbed her buttocks. After this happened, the man fled the store before anyone had a chance to help the woman.

Thanks to the help of surveillance cameras and the video shown on some television newscasts and numerous people that recognized him called the East Greenbush Police Department, the man was finally identified a few days later, on Friday, March 8, 2013. He is Michael C. O’Malley from Troy.

According to a press release from The East Greenbush Police Department, O’Malley has been charged with forcible touching and has to appear in East Greenbush Town Court on March 21, 2013.
