Several country stars, including Tim McGraw, have been in a films, and now let's add one more. He's one of our past WGNA Countryfest stars. It's Trace Adkins, and he's in a new movie.

It's called "The Lincoln Lawyer." Of course Matthew McConaughey is the big movie star, but you'll get a chance to see Trace on the big screen for a total of about three minutes. He plays a biker who gets Matthew to be a lawyer for his gang. According to a story in AP, Trace told them that "I'm in it at the beginning and the end and there's a buncha crap in the middle."

I think most people remember Trace for his appearance on NBC's "Celebrity Apprentice", but that's not his only acting past. He's been on the CBS soap opera "The Young and the Restless," and a comedy film called "An American Carol." Perhaps this may be the next calling for Trace Adkins: Acting.

One of my favorite Trace Adkins songs is "Every Light In The House Is On." Which one is your favorite?
