The State Supreme Court of Oklahoma has upheld a decision regarding the death of Toby Keith's father, H.K. Covel.  Covel was killed in a 2001 car accident when a car hit him from behind, sending Covel's truck into oncoming traffic and was struck by a bus.  The lawsuit alleges the bus' brakes weren't working properly.  The family was awards $2.8 million and $5,000 in punitive damages.

Tim McGraw's new album Emotional Traffic debuted at No.1 on Billboard's Country Album chart.  It is Tim's 13th studio album.  The album came out January 24th and since it's release date, over 67,000 units have sold.  The album also landed at #2 on the Billboard Top 200 chart.  Kellie Pickler's 100 Proof album debuted at No.2.

Rascal Flatts were just here last week for their Thaw Out 2012 Tour, as we know.  They have just launched a brand new tour beginning this summer.  This one is called, "The American Band Tour" and will feature an all band set-up.  Little Big TownEli Young Band and Eden's Edge will be opening the show.  The dates of this tour can be found at their website.

And Lady Antebellum is setting new records with their "Own the Night 2012 World Tour."  They set an all-time venue attendance record at Bloomington, Illinois' U.S. Cellular Coliseum.  The record was previously held by Kenny Chesney, but Lady A ousted him off that throne Sunday.  More than 32,000 fans attended the first three shows of their tour.
