There have been so many events canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic. The organizers of a local wine and food fest thought postponing it until fall would be plenty of time for things to go back to normal, but they had to put a cork in it.

The City of Albany has officially announced the postponement of the annual Price Chopper/Market 32 fireworks due the COVID-19 pandemic. The popular Albany fireworks have been a long-standing tradition at the Empire State Plaza for over four decades.  It's an annual occurrence that attracts as many as 20,000 people to the plaza as well as thousands more who view the show from outside of Albany. With the coronavirus pandemic, many concerts and events have either been postponed or canceled. Live Nation has now outlined a plan for ticket refunds that includes a pretty cool offer.

The coronavirus has shut down a lot of businesses and halted production on movies and TV shows. It has also postponed the launch of one streaming service that was going to bring back one of our favorite shows, "Friends".
