Sturgill Simpson is on a roll this year: After walking away from the 2017 Grammy Awards with a Best Country Album win and having given one heck of a performance during the live-broadcast ceremony, he's got an extensive set of tour dates on his calendar for the summer and fall. What could make his year even bigger? How about a series of shows with Guns N' Roses.

Simpson has announced that he will join Guns N' Roses for three performances during their 2017 tour. The Americana star will support the legendary rock band at shows in Denver, Colo., on Aug. 2 at Mile High Stadium; Little Rock, Ark., on Aug. 5 at AR War Memorial Stadium; and Miami, Fla., on Aug. 8 at Marlins Stadium.

Simpson isn't the first country / Americana artist to support Guns N' Roses on tour: Chris Stapleton opened for the band at their Nashville show in 2016.

Although Simpson recently scaled back the size of his touring band, his tour schedule remains robust. This year, he'll hit a number of landmark venues, including New York City’s Radio City Music Hall, Atlanta’s Fox Theatre and LA’s Greek Theatre. Visit SturgillSimpson.com for complete details.
