Should I Complain To My Boss About My Co-Worker?

Here is today's dilemma:

Like everyone else in the world, I have a co-worker I absolutely can't stand.

We're on the same level, and she's only been at the company six months longer than I have, but somehow thinks she's superior to me.She always bosses me around and tells me what to do, but in actuality, she has no authority over me.

But our boss loves her, because she's a suck-up who takes on a lot of work.

Should I be THAT guy and complain to my bosses about my co-worker? Or will complaining make my situation even worse?
