Shania Twain Launching Farewell Tour

Country music superstar Shania Twain is launching her farewell world tour!

Can you believe it?  Twain has sold over 75 million records worldwide.  She has won 5 Grammy awards, 4 ACM awards, and 2 CMA awards.  That doesn't begin to crack the surface on the almost 200 awards she has received over her career!

The "Rock This Country" tour will kick off in June and travel to 48 cities throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Twain says the tour will be her last.  She is ready to end the touring part of her career.  Shania just ended the "Still the One" show she performed at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

Locally, these 3 concert locations are the closest for the Capital District fans:

June 30 — New York, N.Y. @ Madison Square Garden
July 1 — Uniondale, N.Y. @ Nassau Coliseum
July 3 — Uncasville, Ct. @ Mohegan Sun

Tickets for the "Rock This Country" tour will go on sale Friday, March 13.
