A Syracuse based restaurant chain is planning to open a bunch of new locations in the Capital Region.

CoreLife Eatery, according to Albany Business Review, is planning on opening 6 new locations in the Capital Region. The article says the restaurant features '...greens, grains and bone broths. The food is all free of GMOs, trans fats, artificial colors, sweeteners and other artificial additives. It’s capitalizing on the trend of fast casual restaurants serving healthier foods.' According to the CoreLife website, they also feature 'grass-fed steak, all-natural chicken and fresh tofu.' Plus, all their food is prepared on site - nothing pre-prepared! If you take a look at their menu, they have all kinds of great grain bowls and salads with all kinds of options.

So where will these locations be opening? The Albany Biz Review says CoreLife will start by opening locations in Albany, Latham and Clifton Park. (If you have noticed the new plaza being built in front of Hannaford in Clifton Park, that is where they will be located!)  Wolf Road, Western Avenue, North Greenbush and Wilton are being considered for the other 3 locations. This is part of an expansion of 300 new locations being planned by CoreLife in the coming years. They currently operate 20 restaurants across 8 states, says the Albany Business Review.

According to CoreLife, these new Albany area stores should open by the end 2018.
