While Countryfest 2013 was underway at the Schaghticoke Fairgrounds in New York on Saturday, July 13, WGNA's Kevin Richards, Richie Phillips (the man behind the camera) and 20,000 amazing country music fans in attendance wanted to show their love and support for country legend Randy Travis, who has been recovering from a stroke while battling a heart condition.

In addition to Kevin Richards' tribute, Joe Diffie honored Travis with a version of his hit '1982' and remembered George Jones with 'He Stopped Loving Her Today.' WGNA's Countryfest 2013 also featured Darius Rucker, Easton Corbin, Mark Wills and Sheryl Crow.

We send our best to Randy, and wish him the speediest of recoveries.
