Price Chopper Changing Its Name To Market32

Price Choppers across the Capital Region will be renamed!

The supermarket chain will be changing it's name to “Market32.”  The 32 represents the year Golub Corporation was founded by the Golub brothers.

Three stores are currently undergoing renovations and will be the first to unveil the new name.  One of those three include the Price Chopper right here in Clifton Park at Shoppers World Plaza!

Market32 will continue to offer weekly specials, AdvantEdge saving, double coupons, Fuel programs and the Price chopper/Central Market brand named items!  I hope they keep the "customer in training" carts!  Caden Loves them!

More than half of the stores will be converted within the next 5 years with an investment of over $300 million!

What do you think of the name change?  I am REALLY excited!  I think this will be great for our community and the offerings we will see in these stores!
