A New York City man recently lost his wallet, and sort of got it back. He recently received this letter with his ID and credit cards, and the crazy reason the almost good samaritan kept the cash.

Only in New York would you get a letter like this! The good news: Reilly Flaherty lost his wallet got his ID and credit cards back. The crazy news: Reilly's almost good samaritan kept the cash for weed, kept the Metrocard for pricy subway fares and the wallet because it is "kinda cool."

The best part about this letter? "Anonymous" signed it with "Toodles." Ha!!
