The "Daily Dilemma" on the Sean and Richie Show is featured every weekday morning at 6:40am. We and the listeners take on someone's problems and try to offer different perspectives. Now, these don't have to be huge problems- it could just be something bothering you or a friend, or it could be some little thing you and another just can't agree on. If you have a dilemma to share we'd love to hear it just e-mail us here at the show.

I am looking for some sound advice. I opened up my own restaurant a couple years ago. We are not a high end dining facility, but a nice cozy "family" type restaurant. Lately, I have been hearing "through the grapevine" that some of my family members are upset that I don't give them free meals or more of a discount. I have a large family, I can't feed them all for free when they come in. I feel as though the "family discount" of 35% off I am giving them is fair, but maybe it should be higher? I know I would never EXPECT a free meal when I go out and I would be grateful for any discount I receive. Do you think I am wrong and should do something different or should I just ignore what I am hearing?
