As Morgan Wallen takes a 6-week break from touring to rest his voice, rescheduled dates for affected shows are starting to be announced.

While his fans were certainly bummed out, no one was more disappointed than Morgan Wallen when he announced earlier this week had to take 6 weeks of rest for his ailing voice.

The 6-week break affected several dates on his 2023 One Thing At A Time Tour, including two New York area shows at MetLife Stadium Friday, May 19th, and Saturday, May 20th.

Rescheduled dates for both Morgan Wallen shows in New Jersey were announced today on Morgan's Instagram. The MetLife Stadium shows will now take place Friday, May 17th, and Saturday, May 18th, 2024.

Unfortunately, it will be a year-long wait until those shows in May of next year, but rescheduling shows of this magnitude is no easy task. Between venue availability and making sure all the artists on the lineup are available, sometimes it simply takes time to bring it all together. Chances are the groundwork for this year's dates was laid this time LAST year.

The good news is Wallen will be back on the road when healthy, and some of the postponed shows were able to be worked into this summer's schedule.

Bottom line - we will take a one-year wait to make sure Morgan gets back to 100% and can deliver the show he wants to do, and that we expect, this time next year.
