Miranda Lambert Making History & More in Casey’s Taste of Country
"2011 Female Vocalist of the Year," Miranda Lambert, is making even more history. Her new album, “Four the Record” debuted at No.3 on the all genre, Billboard 200. She’s already sold more than 133,000 albums and doubles the first week of sales for her previous album. She has just become the first country artist in the 47 year history of the chart to have each of her first four albums debut at No.1. Miranda's "On Fire" tour kicks off January 12th and will visit 34 cities.
"2011 Male Vocalist of the Year," Blake Shelton, has just released all the date of his “Well Lit & Amplified Tour 2012.” A total of 26 cities will welcome Blake. Randy Houser penned a new record deal this week, with the Stoney creek Record label. The announcement was made Tuesday at a CMA pre-party in downtown Nashville. Also on that label are a little duo you may have heard of, Thompson Square, Crossin Dixon and Ash Bowers.
