On Sunday morning, 20-year-old Cody Lassonde from Altamont, was arrested by the Albany County Sheriff's Office for forcing his way into a home on Veeder Road in Guilderland, and demanded money for delivering beer kegs to the homeowner.

In a story that I saw on WNYT, there was no beer delivered and the homeowner did not order any beer.

The homeowner called 911. When the authorities got there, they found Lassonde outside, and he seemed to be intoxicated and maybe even under the influence of drugs. After he had to be tased, he was taken into custody and charged with burglary, criminal trespass and resisting arrest. Lassonde was sent to Albany County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,500 bond or cash. Do you think the guy that did this even knew what he was doing at the time?
